Overview:
We know the Central Otago regions is moving through many important changes in the use and control of the built environment. Central Otago District Council are at the centre of implementing changes or revised constraints from Govt, enabling their own policy updates and lifting thinking thinking around waste minimisation.
Our speakers will highlight changes, innovations and constraints for a number of important policy and practise areas. These include land use policy, the Building Code updates and improving waste minimisation efficiently in the building process.
