  Introduction: Workstream Chair

  Speaker 1:  Efficient data Collation – Tools and Techniques

  Our first speaker will discuss recent Aust. And NZ experience in efficiently creating and maintaining Asset Registers for new and existing estate portfolios. This theme will be developed to set out how Asset Registers can be an effective tool in running Condition based Modelling to enable annual AMP’s.

  Examples will be drawn from Downer SICS PPP contract portfolio (19 PPP’s across Aust. & NZ) and specifically MFAT’s FM Contract. This will include the use of AI, BIM,360° image capture.

  Subject 2:

  Our second speaker set will review MoJ’s recent experiences with AI and data collation. Specifically they will touch on practical lessons learnt in both constraint removal for the technologies and barriers to demonstrate and report Value in the current market.

  Examples will be drawn from the use of digital technology and the Internet of Things (IoT).
