  Launching our Theme of:  Using Modularisation, Repeatability and Standardisation to improve efficiency and value for money

  Scope: Join us at Niche Moduler Cosntruction's design and fabrication centre - where modular buildings and units are planned, managed and produced for both the MoE specifically and also a set of commercial clients.

  Focus: The site visit will provide insights to all facets of this iteration of NZ's modular story and highlight how MMC initiatives are making the difference this time.

  Paired Events: This site visit is a precursor to our 2nd Modular Seminar on 16th July.

  Refreshements: A set of light refreshements will be avialble afterwards.

  Requirements: Parking, tranpsort options and PPE requirements will also be advised post registration.
