Workstream Purpose Statement
The CCG FM Workstream is a client led National workstream within the Construction Clients’ Group (CCG).
The CCG is a client led organisation that aims to lift the bar of the NZ construction industry through collaboration and knowledge sharing. It does this through promoting and enabling education, collaboration, best practice, and support, influencing the NZ construction sector through dedicated workstreams focusing on key issues within the industry (sustainability, safety in design, modern procurement and client excellence and facilities management best practice).
The CCG FM Workstream is client-led through a Core Group of Members. It provides a platform to display learnings and examples of good practice with an aim to lift knowledge and capability. By facilitating the sharing of improvements in the industry, we aim to become more effective and collaborative in our approaches to how we work in the industry.
The outputs and deliverables of this Workstream are two-fold four – being Member accessed Seminars and standalone Organisational Maturity Reports. The National virtual Seminars a year - covering sector relevant current issues and opportunities and focuses on the ‘real world’ we operate in now, - with a particular focus on both peer group co-operation and Government engagement and interaction for 2025/2026.
