      • – provides insights into her experience of using KPI’s to measure and report FM performance and Outcomes for her Senior Leadership team’s at HCC and the former Tamaki Redevelopment Corp.

     

    • Presentation 2 - Tommy Parker (Egis) and Michael Cahir ( GM Certus Digital - part of the Egis Group) – will provide both:
      •  a set of insights around projects with Orion Energy, a relevant experience set from the Middle East experience,
      • also tools for local Enterprise Asset Management.
