 bitious laboratory developments.\n\nDiscover a highly complex\, multi-stak
 eholder facility taking shape within a fully operational science campus. S
 panning approximately 4\,000m²\, this purpose-built centre brings together
  an innovation hub\, advanced laboratories\, a forensic service centre\, a
 nd modern office space — all within an efficient two-storey design tailore
 d for PC2 laboratory and workplace functions. The project also breathes ne
 w life into existing buildings on site\, repurposed to support ancillary f
 acilities.\n\nEngaged in 2020\, Rubix has led every phase of this landmark
  project — from initial strategy and stakeholder engagement through design
  management\, Building and Resource Consents\, procurement\, contract nego
 tiations\, and construction administration.\n\nEarly and meaningful engage
 ment with Ng?ti Toa Rangatira beginning before concept design\, has direct
 ly informed the building&#39\;s architecture and cultural narrative — a po
