This stand alone unit provides an introduction to the basic principles for effective Communications and their application to the management process within corporate enterprises. Topics covered include:
· The “3 Level Model” of Communication,
· Assessment of Personal Communication Style,
· Review of MBTI Profile and Work Place Communication,
· Effective Communication Skills – Listening, Questioning, Coaching,
· Emotional Intelligence,
· Using Emotional Intelligence to Strengthen your Team,
· The 4 step Feedback process.

The module includes the preparation of a Personal Action Plan.
