Benchmarking for better performance & customer retention

For the first time, the National Performance of the New Zealand construction industry has been measured and internationally  benchmarked.  The results, which  were launched in Wellington in May this year, reveal answers to such questions as:

How does the industry perform across measures such as

—     Completion on Time & Budget?
—     Safety?
—     Impact of defects?
—     Profitability
What does this mean for your organisation, how do you compare?
How can you use these KPIs to

—     Win & keep more long term customers
—     Differentiate on criteria other than price
—     Develop world class performance
How does New Zealand construction industry measure up internationally?
